There are dozens of attractions walking distance from Boston Park Plaza, including:

The Freedom Trail

The Freedom Trail is a 2.5-mile route that leads you to 16 historically significant sites. You'll wander cobblestone streets, marvel at the architecture, and discover the rich history of the American Revolution, as it began in Boston. Stops along the trail include Faneuil Hall, King's Chapel, Boston Common, and more.

Faneuil Hall

Faneuil Hall, located near the waterfront, is one of the most popular sites in Boston. Built in 1743, it's still a vibrant marketplace with more than 70 retailers, dozens of food stands and restaurants and is home to some of the best street performers -- from comedy acts to acrobats, magicians, singers, musicians, and even living art installations.

Boston Common

Boston Common is one of the most popular Boston attractions. Only a short walk from Boston Park Plaza hotel, it is the oldest city park in the country, established in 1634. Boston Common is filled with landmarks and hosts many events throughout the year. The Public Garden is adjacent to Boston Common and is home to Boston's famous Swan Boats, which have been delighting visitors since 1877 and have become an icon of the city.

Seaport District

The Seaport District of Boston is the home of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. The South Boston waterfront has more than 50 restaurants, many rich with local specialties. The area also has a vibrant arts community, including the acclaimed Institute of Contemporary Art and the Boston Children's Museum.  100-year old warehouses and contemporary architecture frame the landscape in a stunning display of old and new.

Newbury Street

Boston's most enchanting street. Eight blocks filled with salons, boutiques, and fabulous dining. Boston's Newbury Street has something for everyone. Newbury Street is located in the Back Bay area of Boston. It runs roughly east-to-west, from the Boston Public Garden to Brookline Avenue.
