Sindre Strupstad Andreassen
Head of business development and continuous improvement, REMA 1000
Radical change to win the battle for market share
11:00 - 11:30 | Wednesday September 18th
REMA 1000 is a multinational supermarket chain owned by the Reitan Group. Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, REMA 1000 operates across Norway and Denmark through a franchise discount concept.
REMA 1000 wanted to equip its franchisees with the ability to manage store operations from the palm of their hand, on their mobile devices. In this presentation Sindre walks delegates through how they have equipped teams with the ability to view inventory availability in near real-time by linking POS to Head Office operations, while also improving employee productivity for daily tasks within the store.
