Lisa brings over 25 years of both retail and CPG experience as an accomplished practitioner and thought-leader in retail excellence and supplier engagements. As the VP of Customer Strategy and Merchandising Analytics, Lisa is responsible for embedding a deep institutional knowledge of customers and aligning insights and capabilities to all merchandising touchpoints to drive customer-centric retailing best practices throughout the organization.
Lisa most recently served as the SVP at EYC, accountable for business development in North America specializing in both retail and CPG applications of customer communication strategies. As an SVP of dunnhumby, Lisa lead the development of global customer strategy and go-to-market planning, consulting with top tier retailers and manufacturers creating and scaling best practice in customer strategy and collaboration. Prior to dunnhumby, Lisa held various positions within the consumer packaged goods Industry, ranging from category development to trade planning, consumer insight strategy, and retail account management with top grocery retailers such as the Kroger Company.
